Terms of Service

1. Service
MomentumChat is a SaaS product that connects WhatsApp to HubSpot. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by MomentumHUB SL, Spain.
2. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly at €100 per connected WhatsApp number. Billing is processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You may use MomentumChat for lawful business communication purposes. You may not use the service for spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or any activity that violates WhatsApp's terms of service or applicable law.
4. WhatsApp compliance
MomentumChat uses a session-based protocol equivalent to WhatsApp Web. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of WhatsApp complies with WhatsApp's terms of service and any applicable regulations for your industry or jurisdiction.
5. Data
Message content processed through MomentumChat is stored in your HubSpot account. You retain ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to factors outside our control (including WhatsApp platform changes).
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MomentumHUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MomentumChat.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
